Well sorry for not posting for a few days. The Delaney’s have been preparing for our new commercial kitchen that we are adding on in 2020! So exciting, 2019 has been one that we will not soon forget. Thankful that Mae’s fall was not as bad as it could have been.
So after we put in a new ventilation system we began to bottle syrup that we store in sealed 40 gallon drums at time of season. We are working on getting enough bottled so that it will get us through the building process. The bottling room will be out of commission during this time. We will do the best we can to keep you all up to speed on the progress.
